4. SMS Text Messaging & Consent

Tilavon (by Cordanta LLC) provides a service that allows salons to send automated appointment reminders.

• Opt-In: Consent is collected when a client provides their phone number via a salon's booking interface and checks the box to agree to SMS notifications.
• Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the short code or toll-free number. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed.

5. Sharing of Information (SMS Compliance)

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share information only with our salon partners (the specific salon you booked with) and service providers strictly for the purpose of carrying out the services requested.

Mobile Information Disclosure:

Notwithstanding any other language in this Privacy Policy, mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
