Delete Your Account
Use this page to request deletion of your account and associated personal data from a Tilavon-powered salon app.
What will be deleted
- Your client profile (name, email, phone, address)
- Your saved preferences and notification settings
- Your appointment booking history tied to the account
- Any loyalty points or rewards balances
Records that salons are legally required to retain (for example, completed transaction receipts for tax and PCI-DSS compliance) will be retained for the legally required period and then deleted.
How long it takes
Deletion requests are processed within 30 days. We will confirm via email once your data has been removed. If your account is linked to an active subscription or unpaid balance at a salon, we will contact you before completing deletion.
