For your Tilavon subscription, we accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as ACH bank transfers. Enterprise Multi-Salon plans can be invoiced annually. For your salon customers, Tilavon integrates with Helcim to accept tap, chip, swipe, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and cash with automatic change calculation.
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your Tilavon plan at any time with no penalties. Changes take effect immediately and billing adjusts on your next cycle. If you switch from monthly to annual billing, you receive the 20% annual discount right away. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees.
Yes, every Tilavon plan includes the nail tech employee app at no extra cost. Technicians can view their daily schedule, track commissions and tips in real time, check client notes and service preferences, and manage their turn queue status from their own phone. Yes. Starting with the Pro plan, Tilavon supports prepaid service packages with visit tracking and membership plans with recurring billing. Clients can purchase packages at checkout or online, and remaining visits are automatically tracked. Membership plans auto-bill monthly and apply member discounts at the point of sale.
