What is the $149 setup fee for?

When does billing start?
Monthly billing begins once your phone number has passed carrier verification. Your website chatbot works immediately after setup with up to 30 minutes of complimentary data usage while the number is being validated.
Can the AI answer calls right away?
The AI chatbot on your website works immediately. Voice call answering activates once your phone number has completed carrier validation, which typically takes a few business days.
What happens when a caller asks for a real person?
By default, the AI collects the caller's number and arranges a callback from your staff. This avoids call forwarding, which would double your carrier minutes. If you prefer live transfers, contact support to enable it.
