App Setup & Branding

Setting up your branded client app takes just a few minutes. Navigate to Settings > Client App > Branding to configure the visual identity of your app.

Upload Your Logo

Upload your salon logo in PNG or SVG format. This will be used as the app icon on client phones and throughout the app interface. Tilavon automatically generates the required sizes for both iOS and Android.

Set Your Brand Colors

Push Notification Configuration

Push notifications are the most powerful engagement tool in the client app. They appear directly on the client's phone screen, even when the app isn't open, making them impossible to miss. Configure notifications in Settings > Client App > Notifications.

Notification Types

Tilavon sends several types of push notifications automatically: appointment reminders (24h and 2h before), booking confirmations, cancellation notices, loyalty point updates, and reward availability alerts. Each type can be enabled or disabled individually.

Custom Promotional Notifications

Send custom push notifications to promote specials, announce new services, or share salon news. Go to Marketing > Push Notifications, compose your message (up to 120 characters for best display), select your audience, and send immediately or schedule for later.

Client Notification Preferences
