Refund and Return Policy

At Tilavon (a product of Cordanta LLC), we want to ensure our salon partners have the best experience possible. This policy outlines the terms for software refunds and hardware returns.
1. Software Subscriptions
Monthly Plans: Tilavon software subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis and are non-refundable. There are no refunds or credits for partial months of service or unused months with an open account.
Annual Plans: If you have committed to an annual plan, you may request a refund within 14 days of the initial purchase. After 14 days, the annual fee is non-refundable.
Trial Period: We may offer a free trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be billed for the selected plan, and that charge is non-refundable.
2. POS Hardware Returns
If you purchased hardware (Card Readers, Receipt Printers, Tablets, or Stands) directly from Tilavon:
- Defective Hardware: If hardware arrives damaged or fails due to a manufacturer defect within the first 30 days, we will provide a replacement at no cost. Please contact [email protected] to initiate a warranty claim.
- Change of Mind: You may return hardware within 14 days of delivery, provided the items are in their original, unopened packaging. A 15% restocking fee will apply to all "change of mind" returns, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Opened Hardware: For security and PCI-compliance reasons, we cannot accept returns on card readers or tablets that have been opened or powered on, unless the device is defective.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping charges incurred during the initial purchase are non-refundable.
4. How to Initiate a Return or Refund
To start a request, please email [email protected] with:
- Your Salon Name.
- The Order Number.
- A brief description of the issue or reason for the return.
